Slow, deliberate forms that release tension and rebuild structure.
Qigong for all · Cape Town
Qigong is an ancient internal martial art and energy practice combining movement, breath and awareness to cultivate focus, vitality and balance in modern workplaces.
We spend enormous effort managing time, yet many of our challenges stem from depleted energy. Qigong helps people cultivate sustainable energy, as well as regulating stress, and improving flexibility and strength.

An introduction
Qigong (pronounced “chee-gong”) is an ancient energy practice that combines movement, breath and awareness to cultivate focus, vitality and balance.
Foundational to many martial arts and traditional healing practices, qigong develops the ability to work skilfully with your energy, attention and internal state.
In today's world of constant notifications, meetings and mental overload, this skill has never been more valuable.
Slow, deliberate forms that release tension and rebuild structure.
Long, even breathing that settles the nervous system and steadies attention.
Clear, embodied attention: the ground floor of focus.
The capacity, vitality and presence you bring to what matters most.
